Opening the night with warmth and charisma, Suzi immediately drew the crowd in at the start of Kisschasy’s Hymns for the Non-Believers tour stop. Backed by her tight band, she radiated confidence and approachability — a balance that made the room feel instantly at ease.

Her set moved seamlessly between catchy, upbeat indie-pop and moments of genuine vulnerability, showcasing both her sharp lyrics and smooth guitar work. Songs like “Everyone I’ve Met Hates Me” elicited sing along from those in the front familiar with the song already. You could see people in the crowd looking at each other, smiling, half-wondering if the song might be about them. It’s that kind of relatable songwriting that gives Suzi her edge.

Closing the set with the band on their knees, laughing and playing their guitars like something out of an 80s rock show garnered huge cheers from the crowd. Even as the night’s opener, she set an incredible energy that carried through the rest of the lineup turning what could have been a warm-up set into something far more memorable.
